We're looking for a Masters Swim Coach!

What our Masters Swim Coaches are all about :
Our Swim Coaches are experienced professionals with a passion for encouraging adults to participate in our aquatics programs and / or meet any competitive swimming goals. They enjoy analyzing performance, providing instruction on swimming techniques and working with our aquatics department to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Responsibilities include :
- Developing, managing and marketing our adult swimming program.
- Emphasizing proper stroke technique and understand the progression for all levels.
- Creating a training plan and conducting workouts geared towards maximizing the swimmer's potential for primary training.
- Performing any associated administrative functions.

Compensation : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour base on experience, qualifications and schedule.
