Position Overview
The Operations Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational support functions within the company with a focus on our Sign Shop manufacturing and Vehicle maintenance operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring seamless operations to drive overall business success.
The Operations Support Manager will oversee a team of individuals responsible for Fleet maintenance, Sign Shop design and manufacturing, general facility upkeep and maintenance, and regular safety audits.

Sign Shop and General facilities:
- Support our internal design and sign shop manufacturing team by managing production schedule, quality of deliverables, and supply cost management,
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to anticipate upcoming needs based on seasonality and trends
- Manage team’s absorption cost to other lines of business in a manner that reduces the appearance of unnecessary non-production time.
- Keep up with general facility maintenance for all Colorado Barricade locations such as supplier relationships for HVAC, plumbing, grounds maintenance, office supplies, and security.
- And other duties as assigned
World Class Fleet Management:
- Work with your team to oversee the entire lifecycle of the organization's fleet, from procurement to maintenance and eventual disposal.
- Track and report preventative maintenance schedule of all vehicles and maintain a preventative maintenance on-time percentage of 90% or higher.
- Track and manage time associated with internal and outsourced equipment repairs.
- Implement a companywide dash camera program.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize fleet efficiency, reduce operational costs, and ensure strict compliance with safety standards.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7yrs of Operation Support Management experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and production environment.
- In depth knowledge of Fleet Management.
- Familiarity with inventory control systems and facility maintenance protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
- Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.

- Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR **Must maintain a valid driver’s license during entire employment**
