How You Will Make an Impact : The IVF Laboratory Supervisor demonstrates advanced knowledge and skills in the IVF Laboratory. You will directly report to the IVF Laboratory Director and takes direction from the IVF Laboratory Director and / or Medical Director. You should function independently and foster teamwork within the IVF Laboratory and other departments. The Supervisor will be responsible for performing all procedures that are performed in the IVF Laboratory. This position requires organizational skills, self-motivation, excellent communication and customer service skills along with a high level of independent judgment and accuracy. You must be well-organized, efficient, attentive to details, responsible, and able to multi-task. You must have a desire to develop professionally.
What You Will Do : The IVF Laboratory Supervisor assists the Director in oversight of laboratory operations, managing laboratory staff, and ensuring adherence to regulatory oversight (CAP, CLIA, FDA). This position should demonstrate advanced knowledge and skills in the IVF and Clinical Laboratory. The IVF Laboratory Supervisor reports directly to the IVF Laboratory Director.

CCRM's Compensation : The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package. Our rewards may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and many other region-specific benefits.
