About the Job

The Student Financial Specialist is a full-time, non-exempt, remote position that works within the College of Adult and Graduate Studies (CAGS) Office of Student Financial Services. The Specialist accepts incoming calls and emails regarding student financial aid, awarding, student accounts, and some registration inquiries. The office works with students enrolled in CAGS and also with internal constituents. This position will specifically serve our returning student team.

The Financial Specialist maintains excellent student support in the areas of financial aid, payment arrangements, and student accounts and resolves student financial issues, pro-actively assisting students and parents to enable them to successfully investigate all payment options. The Student Financial Specialist also supports and assists inbound and outbound email communication from students with all accompanying questions and concerns.
