Appraiser Position at Colorado County Central Appraisal District
The Colorado County Central Appraisal District is accepting applications for the position of Residential Appraiser.
Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00
Responsibilities: Duties include field and office work associated with the appraisal of rural, residential, and commercial real property. Position responsibilities include discovery and inspection of properties, data collection, identifying and updating property characteristics. Must be able to interact with the public/property owners in a professional and courteous manner. Must be able to defend appraisals informally and at Appraisal Review Board hearings. Other duties as assigned by the Chief Appraiser and/or Supervisor.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED. Applicants must be able to obtain an RPA or already be certified. Must have a valid driver’s license, and the use of their own vehicle. However, it is not required.
