Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse/Yard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse/yard tasks including loading and unloading materials, operating forklift, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within the facility. This role requires a strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload products and materials from trucks and containers.
- Assist well-call customers in fulfilling their product orders accurately and efficiently.
- Safely pump and dispense fuel as needed, adhering to all safety and operational guidelines.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during pickups and inquiries.
- Operate forklift/Follow safety protocols to minimize risks associated with heavy equipment operation.
- Assist in shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with OPS supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Repackage products as required to ensure proper storage and customer orders.
- Keep warehouse and yard clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as equipment checks, minor repairs, and general upkeep of warehouse and yard facilities.
- Report maintenance issues to the supervisor for timely resolution.
Skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Experience in loading and unloading materials effectively.
- Proficiency in operating Forklift
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 yrs old or older to apply.
- Previous experience in warehouse or yard operations is a plus.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of warehouse.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $16.36 - $17.43 per hour
