Description
Works mostly in the field doing access control and CCTV installation, repair, and maintenance for satisfactory performance, compliance with job requirements or changes in job construction. Must have knowledge of code issues. Fills and maintains field service reports on warranty work and contractor issues. Job requires familiarity with power hand tools and of function of door hardware and how to adjust hardware for optimum performance. Background check and clean MVR are required and up to five years' experience preferred.
Essential Functions:
- Driving
- Map reading
- Stair climbing
- Ladder climbing
- Wire pulling in walls and ceilings
- Familiarity with power hand tools
- Knowledge of the function of door hardware
- Knowledge of adjustments of hardware for optimum performance
- Knowledge and ability to install access control and CCTV for optimum performance
- Ability to communicate with customers
- Up to five years' experience preferred
Qualifications
- Clean MVR
- Acceptable background check
- Ability to pass a human performance evaluation
- Familiarity with power hand tools
- Communication skills

Salary is dependent upon experience.
