Job Summary
The Clinical Manager, or Clinical Director, supervises the day-to-day activities of a healthcare facility by handling both medical and administrative tasks. Their main duties include developing and maintaining clinical staff, hiring and training new team members, and overseeing the ENT clinical operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee daily ENT clinic operations
- Take inventory, and order necessary supplies and equipment
- Hire and train new employees
- Create new policies and procedures and ensure they make staff aware of new changes
- Supervise staff and complete routine performance reviews
- Ensure the healthcare facility is following provincial/territorial and federal healthcare regulations

Requirements
- Minimum BS in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience and 3 years of leadership experience.
- Licensure: Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS), other credentials or credential modules may be required.
- Certification: Current healthcare professional level CPR certification issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety Health Institute or National Safety Council
