ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Lead Geothermal Installation Tech, your day begins with a team briefing in Denver, where you outline the day's tasks and ensure everyone is prepared. You lead the installation of geothermal heating and cooling systems, handling both the interior and exterior aspects of homes and buildings. Your responsibilities include making precise piping connections using heat fusion technology, installing circulation pumps, and purging systems.
The role demands physical work such as hauling equipment, digging trenches, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Throughout the day, you provide guidance to your team, troubleshoot any issues, and maintain clear communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Possession of a Class A CDL
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Capable of lifting heavy objects (60-80 lbs) by hand
- Strong initiative and not afraid to ask questions
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and take constructive feedback
- Reliable and punctual with a great attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A safety-oriented mindset
We would prefer:
- Experience with skid loaders and excavators
- Landscape or plumbing experience
