STATEMENT OF DUTIES
General Statement Of Duties:
This position performs business intelligence assignments at the strategic operating level for the Colorado Judicial Department. Responsible for report building, and support and training of the Department’s chosen reporting tool.
Distinguishing Factors:
Positions in this classification are distinguished from other positions by leading the Department’s business intelligence program. This position reports to the Manager of Data Analytics/QA.

The ITS division believes in a healthy work life balance and offers the ability to work remotely with the expectation of visiting project sites and other locations in accordance with the position's essential functions.
This position reports to the Ralph Carr Colorado Judicial Center downtown. Currently required to be in the office at minimum of 1 day every week and work from home the other days. Other office visits during the week may be required based on meetings or onsite support needs.
The applicant must reside in the state of Colorado or live within 30 miles of the state border.

Supervisor Responsibilities:
No formal supervisory responsibility. Responsibility for one's own work product and work within a unit performing similar functions. May have lead responsibilities including scheduling of work, instructing in work methods, and reviewing work products for a work group.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education:
Graduation from an accredited four-year college with a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience with the Colorado court or probation systems, or business intelligence. Additional work experience in these or other related areas may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required formal education. Experience with visualization and reporting tools, such as IBM Cognos and Microsoft PowerBI, is strongly preferred.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to sit and reach with hands and arms and perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, color vision, depth perception, ability to adjust and focus.
Work Environment:
Frequently handles emergency or crisis situations and may be subject to varying and unpredictable situations and work hours. The employee is subject to frequent interruptions, multiple calls and inquiries. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Evening and weekend work may be required to support software application deployments. Occasional travel may be required.
Salary : $89,536 - $129,827
