MISSION STATEMENT
The Office of Respondent Parents’ Counsel (ORPC) is an independent agency within the State of Colorado Judicial Branch that supports Colorado parents in the fight to preserve families, their dignity, and the constitutional right to parent in dependency and neglect cases. We recruit and train attorneys statewide, advocate for family-centered policies, and promote equity and transparency in the system through data. As a result of our work, more families are reunified and stronger together.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
As the Compliance Analyst , you will help increase the ORPC’s capacity to thoroughly review all contractor and vendor billing requests, process payments within contractual timeframes, and engage in regular billing analysis and individualized review. You will participate in efforts to identify errors or potential fraud, respond to ongoing billing and review inquiries, identify areas for billing and data-recording improvement, support the annual contracting cycle, and assist with the annual budget and performance report processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will be an integral member of the internal accounting team and have opportunities to work on multidisciplinary projects throughout the agency.
