The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a full course load as assigned, evaluating courses and assessing student learning, meeting established course, program, and institutional learning outcomes, complying with department guidelines and college policies, maintaining at least five office hours per week to meet with students, developing rapport with students that is professional and encourages teacher/student communication, assisting with academic advising of students, and participating in orientation and registration activities.
The position requires collaborative and innovative ideals for working with supervisors, peers, students, and community members. Critical to this role are scholarly and creative activities that enhance discipline expertise and improve learning.
