Responsibilities
Provides leadership and direction in supporting student success
Oversees departmental operations and collaborates with campus colleagues
Develops and implements programs and services to support student success
Provides guidance and support to students, faculty, and staff
Monitors and evaluates program effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement
Requirements
Master's degree in Higher Education or related field
4-6 years of experience in higher education, preferably in student affairs
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing programs and services to support student success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
