About the Position:
We are seeking a qualified faculty member to teach Human Services courses at Colorado Mountain College. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Behavioral Studies, Addictions, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field, and a minimum of one-year full-time teaching experience at the college level.
The successful candidate will have experience working in a related direct service field, preferably in a rural community. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, employees, and community members of all backgrounds.
This is a full-time faculty position with a 30-credit hour (170-day contract) teaching load annually. The position comes with a competitive salary range of $77,575.25 - $94,486.59, depending on education and experience.
