Provides leadership and direction in supporting student success, including recruitment, enrollment, orientation, advising, and retention.
Ensures quality in student services, analyzes programs and events, and adapts accordingly.
Serves on campus safety and threat assessment teams, stays current on best practices, and processes campus CARE and Incident Reports.
Provides individual student advising and advocacy, interpreting assessments, generating academic plans, and monitoring student progress.
Oversees department staffing and scheduling, develops and monitors budgets, and guides initial training and continued professional development.
Aids Assistant Deans of Instruction with strategic course scheduling and faculty members with co-curricular supports.
