Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a variety of Human Services courses, including psychology, mental health, counseling, behavioral health, social services, and addiction studies
- Evaluate courses and assess student learning
- Meet established course, program, and learning outcomes
- Comply with department guidelines and college policies
- Maintain office hours per established standards
- Develop rapport with students and assist with academic advising
- Participate in orientation and registration activities
- Build and maintain community partnerships for student application of skills
The faculty member will also be expected to participate in scholarly and creative activities, such as continuing certification in their discipline, graduate coursework, and attending campus and college-wide trainings and in-services.
