CNS is seeking an experienced and strategic Maximo Application System Program Manager to lead a high-impact enterprise-wide upgrade to the Maximo Application Suite (MAS). Essential Functions

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Maximo Application Suite (MAS), transitioning from a highly customized, unsupported version.
Align project objectives with enterprise goals, particularly around standardization, system optimization, and long-term application sustainability.
Oversee modules within the MAS ecosystem including:
Administration
Asset Management
Contracts
Financials
Integration
Inventory
Planning
Preventative Maintenance
Purchasing
Security
System Configuration
Work Orders
Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful project execution, adoption, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, risk mitigation plans, and communication strategies.
Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement and best-in-class asset management practices.
Serve as a strategic advisor on application governance, user adoption, and long-term support frameworks.

Required Qualifications
Proven program management experience with Maximo EAM implementations or upgrades, especially in complex utility environments
Strong understanding of MAS modules and how they function within multi-service organizations
Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale transformation programs
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and others
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage both strategic direction and hands-on execution
Preferred Certifications
PMP (Project Management Professional)
PgMP (Program Management Professional)
ISO certifications related to asset management (e.g., ISO 55001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Work Environment & Physical Demands
The position is primarily on-site at Colorado Springs Utilities locations, with hybrid work arrangements possible based on business needs. The role requires regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Standard office conditions apply with some walking between departments or facilities.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Occasional travel may be required and is at the expense of the employee.
