Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process client staffing requests, confirming details such as dates, times, required skills, and number of personnel.
- Match available and qualified staff to open assignments, considering factors like experience, certifications, availability, and location.
- Communicate scheduling details clearly and promptly to both clients and assigned staff, including confirmation of shifts, location details, and any special instructions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff availability, schedules, and client requests using scheduling software or other designated systems.
- Proactively address scheduling conflicts or unexpected absences, finding suitable replacements and notifying relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with clients and staff to resolve any scheduling issues or concerns, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and client information.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the staffing process by suggesting improvements and identifying potential challenges.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coverage and optimal resource allocation.
