Job description
As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clinical support to ensure the efficient operation of the medical office. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care and management, organization, and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality, and in a timely manner. We are a fast-paced clinic, the candidate should be confident with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and document basic medical history
- Perform medical assistance to all providers
- Report results in a timely manner
- Perform drug testing
- Perform a wide variety of components to physical exams. Including blood draws and immunizations.
Skills
- Working experience as a medical assistant is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Great customer service.
- Team Player- Someone who is willing to go the extra mile and jump into any situation.'
