Our centers provide advanced medical therapies, including, but not limited to, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Ketamine infusion, Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, and neuropsychiatric medication management. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Psychotherapist to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Colorado Recovery Solutions Licensed Psychotherapist functions as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician, offering counseling and mental health services encompassing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders and related psychological concerns. They must have a strong interest in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and psychotropic/psychedelic therapeutic interventions. Colorado Recovery Solutions currently serves patients 15 years and older struggling with treatment-resistant/high-acuity mental health conditions.

Scope of Duties: Essential Functions
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide short-duration psychotherapy.
- Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and clients' goals.
- Provide evidence-based counseling and therapy using various therapeutic modalities.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Assess for appropriate level of care and coordinate external referrals when indicated.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure documentation aligns with treatment plans and reflects client progress.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate client care.
- Implement treatment-specific therapeutic programming as delegated by the Director of Clinical Services.
Professional Development & Team Engagement
- Participate in staff meetings and continuing education activities to enhance professional development.

Work Location & Flexibility
Provide psychotherapy services primarily at one designated Colorado Recovery Solutions (CRS) location.
May be required to provide services at multiple CRS locations based on patient needs and clinic operations.
Transition & Continuity of Care
- Provide CRS with at least one month’s notice upon the decision to leave the company to ensure continuity of care for patients and a smooth transition of responsibilities.

Qualifications :
Required
- Must have a strong interest in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
- Must have a strong interest in working with complex family systems
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required
- Demonstrates experience in implementing evidence-based treatments for various behavioral health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD
- Independent Colorado State licensure as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Previous experience with adults and high acuity, treatment-resistant diagnoses
Preferred
- Ketamine Assisted Therapy training/certification is strongly preferred
- Completed credentialing with various insurance
- Up to date on flu vaccination
- Previous experience with adolescence and family systems
Physical Requirements:
- Full range of body motions, including manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Some sitting, bending, stooping, and stretching
- Standing and walking
- Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
- Must have adequate hearing and speaking ability to communicate with co-workers and others in person, by phone, and via online correspondence.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
