POSITION SUMMARY
The Clubhouse & Humidor Attendant plays an essential role in supporting game day operations for our Minor League affiliate in Albuquerque. This position assists the Clubhouse Manager with various responsibilities, with a primary focus on preparing and maintaining game baseballs in accordance with Major League Baseball (MLB) standards. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a passion for baseball and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Hourly rate: $15.00 per hour. This is a seasonal, part-time position with an average of 36-38 hours per week.

This position assists the Clubhouse Manager with various responsibilities, with a primary focus on preparing and maintaining game baseballs in accordance with Major League Baseball (MLB) standards. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare game baseballs using MLB-provided rubbing mud and ensure consistent quality and appearance through a detailed inspection.
- Manage and operate the humidor to maintain proper storage conditions for game baseballs in alignment with MLB guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks on game baseballs both before and during games.
- Maintain accurate inventory of game baseballs and related materials, notifying the Clubhouse Manager when supplies need replenishment.
- Ensure the humidor and surrounding workspaces remain clean, organized, and operational at all times.
- Assist the Clubhouse Manager with other clubhouse operations, including team logistics and equipment support.
- Previous experience in professional, collegiate, or amateur sports is preferred.
- Strong understanding and passion for the game of baseball.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with players, coaches, umpires, and front-office staff.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
- Knowledge and understanding of the working use of a humidor.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the baseball season.
- Work is primarily performed indoors in a controlled environment, with occasional outdoor tasks in varying weather conditions.
- Fast-paced, team-oriented environment where adaptability and quick thinking are key.
