What are the responsibilities and job description for the DC Unarmed Retail Security Officer (Temp Post Until 5/11/2025) position at Colorado Security Agency?
This is an immediate start position.
We are looking for a professional DC Unarmed Security Officer to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, observe and report.
Schedule is:
Sunday through Thursday 12pm-6pm OR Friday and Saturday 12pm-6pm
Pay is $21hr
Responsibilities
- Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Monitor and control access at building entrances and vehicle gates
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Licensed DC Unarmed Security Officer
- Current Licensed DC Unarmed Security Officer only
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- High school diploma
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
