What are the responsibilities and job description for the DC Unarmed Security Officer (Monday through Friday 3:30pm-11:45p) Immediate Start position at Colorado Security Agency?
You must be able to pass a FBI background, sex offender registry check, drug test and alcohol screening.
We are looking for an experienced & professional DC Unarmed Security Officer to protect our premises, assets and personnel. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions. The goal is to detect, deter, detain, observe and report.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 3:30pm-11:45pm
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the safety and protection of company staff and visitors by ensuring a safe and secure environment through your presence
- Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property
- Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
- Report in detail any suspicious incidents
- Monitor and control access at building entrances
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Licensed DC Unarmed Security Officer or SPO
- Current Licensed DC Unarmed Security Officer or DC Unarmed SPO
- Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Integrity and professionalism
- High school diploma
