What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor - Must have valid Armed SPO license position at Colorado Security Agency?
Job Summary:
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
Must also work special events during football, basketball games.
The Site Supervisor will oversee security officers on the site. The Security Supervisor may also manage and/or implement security protocols as directed by CSA management.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Maintain good relationship with client.
- Oversees the daily workflow, maintain schedules, and assignments of security guards on site. Stand post if necessary (Callouts or no call/no shows).
- Prepares and conducts training for new hires.
- Stand post and conduct security checks
- Provide corrective action to subordinates as needed
- Maybe required to work evenings, overnights, weekend, holidays as needed
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for the facility.
- Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
- Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
- Ability to work with others.
- Punctual
- Valid Armed DC SPO license is REQUIRED
- Flexible availability
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Five years of related security experience required.
- Prior military or former police officer preferred
