Duties:
- General office support
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Copying, faxing, scanning
- Assist with upkeep of the office
- Answer multiple phone lines, screen phone calls, and take messages
- Provide outstanding service to our guests
- Provide outstanding service to our vendors
- Assist Vendors with reservations
- Precise cash handling
- Assist with project-related tasks
Requirements:
- EXTENSIVE Cash Handling Experience
- Professional and empathetic phone demeanor
- Outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle customer requests efficiently and effectively
- Solution-oriented with the ability to remain patient and empathetic
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be organized and dependable
- Strong work ethic
- FULL Weekend availability required
