Key Responsibilities:
- Support Bartenders and Servers: Assist in maintaining smooth bar and dining operations by ensuring bartenders and servers have the necessary supplies and support during service.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Clean and reset tables promptly, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment for guests. Regularly clear used glassware and utensils from the bar and dining areas.
- Stocking and Restocking: Keep the bar stocked with liquor, beer, spirits, garnishes, ice, glassware, and other necessary items throughout the shift. Replenish condiments, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
- Assist with Opening and Closing Duties: Complete opening and closing tasks, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and securing the premises.
- Support Food Service: Run food orders to tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring correct orders are delivered to guests.
- Adhere to Safety and Sanitation Standards: Follow all company and safety policies, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures, to ensure the health and safety of guests and staff.

- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and attentiveness.
