Description of Work Unit
CSU's Systems Engineering Programs began in 2008 and offers graduate level degrees including a Master of Engineering (M.E.), Master of Science (M.S.) a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and Doctorate of Engineering (D. Eng.) which currently has >
250 graduate students, and a graduate certificate in Systems Engineering Practice. The Systems Engineering courses (and all degrees) are offered face-to-face and by distance delivery, synchronously and asynchronously and may include lecture, seminar, and other distance education formats. Its culture is to embrace intellectual creativity at all levels, operating under the principles of openness, inclusiveness, and integrity.

Position Summary
- Seeking a self-motivated and organized contractual employee with background in historical writing and literature, preferably with an Honors BA in History
- Familiarity with historical analysis, comparative historical analysis, literary and cinematic analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available for15-20 hours / week
