Position Summary
Primary job responsibilities are to assist MARC faculty and research staff by conducting plant maintenance, execution, and evaluation of research conducted on-site as well as education and outreach efforts at MARC in conjunction with larger efforts related to the CSU Spur campus. This position will be focused on the operation and maintenance of greenhouse and growth chamber production systems.
Position Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and as a team member during the development and implementation of research station projects.
- Ability to work with both office and scientific software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5-years of experience in greenhouse or vertical farm production
