Description of Work Unit

The School of Education (SoE) faculty is comprised of educator-scholars whose expertise spans diverse learning contexts and populations. Position Summary
The School of Education Data and Reporting Specialist is responsible for managing, compiling, and analyzing data related to SOE programs. This role supports compliance with federal and state reporting mandates and contributes to continuous improvement efforts by providing accurate and timely data to stakeholders. The specialist will work closely with the SOEs administration, faculty, and college IT team to ensure the integrity of data systems and the successful completion of all required reports. Additionally, the role will involve analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to support decision-making processes and enhance educational programs, research initiatives, and institutional effectiveness.
The SOE Data and Reporting Specialist will oversee the data management processes and reporting requirements associated with SOE programs. This includes managing databases, coordinating data collection, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines, and developing strategies for data-driven decision-making. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
