Plumbing Technician

American Water & Mold Restoration is dedicated to providing expert restoration and repair services to our community . From water damage restoration to plumbing repairs, we help restore homes and businesses affected by disasters. We are a growing company, and we are seeking a Plumber to join our team and play a critical role in the restoration process. Those filling this position must be able to qualify for military base access. A background check and drug screen are part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems within homes and businesses
• Handle emergency plumbing services, including water line leaks, burst pipes, clogged drains, and more
• Perform diagnostic assessments to identify issues with pipes, drains, water heaters, faucets, and other plumbing systems
• Work with other team members to complete restoration projects efficiently and in accordance with client expectations
• Provide estimates for plumbing repairs and communicate progress to clients clearly
• Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes to ensure high-quality work and a safe working environment
• Maintain plumbing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Ensure accurate documentation of all work completed, including photos, notes, and reports

• 3-5 years of plumbing experience minimum
• Good character and ability to work with a team
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Neat, clean and organized

• A clean background (most of the work is on a military base)
