We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and profitable completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and mitigate overages
- Provide proactive project reporting and communicate potential delays or issues
- Assist with material/equipment ordering and hiring of subcontractors/vendors as needed
- Address and resolve project conflicts with a focus on client satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with digital communication and project management tools preferred
