Job Title : Social Media Coordinator

Requirements

Qualifications :

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Two years minimum experience working in social media and marketing.
Must be able to work independently, multi-task, and work with a team.
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
General knowledge of beer and brewing processes, as well as company products across all brands.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, Sprout Social (or comparable scheduling platform), Social Media platforms, Dropbox, etc.
General eye for design and marketing trends and the ability to implement them while keeping brand consistency.
Enjoys talking to and educating the community about all products and services.
Must have reliable transportation and possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Live within 1 hour commute of facilities and can commute to all locations and occasionally to off-site events.

Description

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor activity and interact with the audience on social media channels. Respond and answer comments and questions on behalf of all brands promptly.

Manage monthly newsletter content, creation, and execution.

Create stories for social media platforms during on-site events and general happenings around the facilities.

Work closely with the Director of Taproom Operations, Events and Marketing Manager, and Taproom Managers to help promote events and promotions at all facilities.

Occasionally work as a professional and engaging representative of our brewery at external and on-site events.

Special projects as assigned by other departments.

Pull reports as needed for content, promotions, etc.

Use correct brand voice and guidelines across all channels and communications to tell brand stories.

Utilize tools such as Canva to create print materials to help promote upcoming events at all facilities.

Implement and maintain a content calendar using Sprout Social to manage content and plan specific daily and long-term marketing strategies and goals.

Maintain and update internal and public-facing calendars of onsite and external events.

Design, create, and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, UnTapped, Google, Squarespace, TikTok, etc.) to encourage guest visits and retention.
