In this role, you will have the opportunity to organize unit duties, responsibilities, and resource allocation to complete key tasks and projects assigned by the Vice President of Enterprise-Wide Training and Staff Development and the Training Director.You will provide essential leadership in the development and implementation of the Training Department Strategic Plan. This is a chance to manage and supervise a talented team, which includes Instructional Design and Development Coordinators, Training Systems Program Coordinators, Multimedia Design and Development Coordinators, and Training Program and Development Coordinators. Together, you will ensure that the learning and development needs of our staff, providers, members, and community are met and exceeded! Collaboration is key! Apply today!On a typical day, you might : Oversee and participate in development and maintenance of Trillium’s online learning platforms.Conduct learning and development assessments.Oversee training coordination based on approved annual training plan.Identify and implement a wide range of training techniques to improve efficiency and return on investment.Create training materials and programs to address specific business objectives.Work with presenters to prepare instructional material and lesson plans that meet the training needs of the target audience.Employee Benefits : Trillium knows that work / life balance is important.
