Job Title: Production Supervisor
Production 1st Shift 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM / Production 2nd Shift 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM Mon-Fri
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Full Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision – PTO – 401k
Wage Rate - $19.00 - $22.00/hour
Bilingual in Eng/Span is preferred to communicate with the team members and Plant Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to take charge and bring their expertise to a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the driving force ensuring smooth operations while motivating a dedicated team to hit—and exceed—our production goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise shift personnel to meet production goals as directed by the Plant Manager.
- Ensure compliance with established procedures, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Motivate, train, and guide employees to optimize performance and engagement.
- Communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to maintain effective collaboration.
- Address and resolve conflicts on the shop floor calmly and respectfully.
- Monitor safety protocols and ensure employees are using required protective equipment.
- Conduct weekly inventory of supplies and maintain proper inventory levels.
- Assist in reporting production performance and participating in management calls when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including overseeing the cleanliness of the painting area and equipment.
- Support quality control efforts, ensuring the right materials and processes are followed.
- Work with the Plant Manager to develop and implement production schedules.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and promote a positive working environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and incident reporting.
- Knowledge of painting processes and equipment is preferred.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including hot and cold environments.
