Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager (for immediate hire) to lead the marketing efforts for our baby and kids' brand. This role focuses on developing and executing strategic campaigns, managing digital marketing assets, overseeing photoshoots, and maintaining a comprehensive marketing calendar. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce, leadership experience, and a passion for creating meaningful connections with families through creative and data-driven marketing.


Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive online traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer retention.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and excellence in campaign execution.
  • Photoshoot Oversight: Plan and coordinate photoshoots to produce high-quality, brand-aligned imagery for use across digital platforms.
  • Marketing Asset Management: Oversee the creation, organization, and deployment of digital assets, including product photos, graphics, and promotional materials optimized for e-commerce use.
  • Marketing Calendar Management: Build and maintain a detailed marketing calendar to ensure campaigns are executed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
  • Digital Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, email open rates, and conversion metrics, using insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Vendor and Partner Coordination: Work with photographers, designers, and other external partners to deliver high-quality marketing materials on time and within budget.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing initiatives reflect the brand's core values and resonate with our target audience of parents and families.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing digital campaigns and teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for asset creation and review.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a professional and results-oriented approach.
  • A deep appreciation for branding, storytelling, and connecting with families through thoughtful marketing.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and social media ad managers.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing best practices.
  • Insight into trends in children’s fashion and lifestyle markets.
