What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Assistant position at Colored Stone Properties?
Seeking part time Maintenance Assistant/Runner immediately through the end of October. Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays - approximately 9 am - 2 pm. The Maintenance Assistant/Runner assists with errands as assigned.
Example Job Tasks:
- Deliver and pickup documents in the West Michigan Area
- Pickup and deliver building materials from local home improvement stores to the remodel crew
- Assist remodeling crew
(Company vehicle provided for errand running.)
Requirements:
- Current and valid drivers license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable cell phone
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- The right candidate will be mechanically inclined; knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Ability to follow GPS, or navigate sufficiently locally.
- Must be motivated to work, possess good communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to carry out instructions and training both in written and verbal form.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
