Job Overview

Front Desk & Sales Associate We are looking for a professional and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Sales Associate. In this role, you will not only manage day-to-day front desk operations but also play a key role in assisting clients with their inquiries and guiding them through the consultation process for cosmetic procedures

. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients in warm manner and manage front desk operations.

• Schedule appointments and consultations.

• Assist clients by providing information about cosmetic procedures.

• Support the sales process by answering questions and addressing concerns about procedures.

• Close sales for surgeries by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to appropriate personnel
• Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about services offered
• Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading documents .

Requirements
- Strong customer support skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Must BE BILLINGUAL
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

Commission opportunity: Earn a percentage commission on every surgery you help close.
