Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded expectations.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Colormasters' products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Oversee the order lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing from placement to delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including production and logistics, to meet client specifications and deadlines.
- Prepare regular sales reports, including account performance, forecasts, and trends.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements in customer engagement and sales strategies.
- Work closely with the Senior Account Sales Manager to align efforts with overall sales objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer service.
