Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at COLORMASTERS LLC. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading and unloading material in a safe and efficient manner without causing any damage to material by using forklifts.
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading materials from trucks and storage areas
- Maintaining storage area organization and ensuring adequate quantities are available for each job
- Operating forklifts to retrieve materials from storage locations and transport them to the appropriate area
- Supplying converting machines with required materials and monitoring raw stock levels
- Notifying designated personnel of shortages for scheduled jobs and taking physical counts of roll stock
Physical Requirements: Physical ability to climb and work on or around machinery, visual acuity to written material, walking, squatting, crouching, turning, twisting, stretching, climbing steps, grabbing, pulling, pushing, repetitive movement & bending sometimes in awkward positions.
