Job Summary
The Business Analyst will work to contribute and support initiatives and projects; develop and present analytic operational reports; and create modify, and/or simplify operational processes and procedures.
The Business Analyst also:
• Evaluates business processes, document requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop solutions.
• Leads ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
• Conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performs requirements analysis, document and communicate the results of analysis efforts.
• Ensures solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Effectively communicates insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathers critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
• Provides leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Helps to manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
• Creates, updates, implements, and maintains procedures.
• Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Performs other duties as required
