Colortech Creative Solutions a 3rd generation family-run creative solutions company based out of Lebanon, PA since 1980. We have a strong focus on print, design, marketing, mailing and all things creative. Our print division is made up of multiple departments including: large format printing, digital and offset printing, mailing and fulfillment.
We're looking for someone with 3 years of prior experience working on a digital press or similar machine and ability to multi task. This job involves running the presses as well as switching jobs, packaging and moving print jobs to other departments.
On site work hours are approx. 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM with overtime as a possibility. Salary is competitive and determined by experience and meeting expectations set over the first 3 months.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily operation of press equipment
- Operation of offset equipment
- Setup, maintenance and minor repairs of press
- Monitor color and image quality throughout the press run and make any necessary adjustments
- Meet deadlines
- Ensure workplace is clean and organized
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Clean the press
- Move jobs and prioritize them as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 2 years related experience - REQUIRED
- Basic mathematical skills
- The ability to stand and move continuously during shift
- Good communication and problem solving skills
All employees hired by Colortech are required to take a drug test prior to employment and all company employees are subject to random drug tests.
