Colortech Inc. is a Commercial Offset and Digital Printer in Lebanon PA with over 30 years experience delivering high quality printing services to our customers is seeking a motivated and willing employee to learn the operations of our print shop and grow with the company.
Salary is based on experience and achieving initial 3 month goals within the company.
Duties Include but not Limited to:
- Assisting press operators with set-up, maintenance and operation
- Perform daily press functions as it relates to offset and digital print
- Work with a team on our offset and possibly digital press
- Assist with fulfillment orders
- Package, stack, and box products
- Inspect production and notify operators of any quality issues
- Clean equipment and work area
Requirements
- Take and follow instruction
- Ability to stand for 8 hours a day
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of printing process and capabilities is a plus but not required
- Ability to work with bindery, prepress, and production team members
- All employees are required to take a drug test prior to employment
