Colortech Creative Solutions a 3rd generation creative solutions company based out of Lebanon, PA since 1980. We have a strong focus on print, design, marketing and all things creative. We are seeking an experienced Sales Person with 2 years of experience.
Depending on the initial agreement, commission is a possibility and salary is based on experience and achieving initial 90 day goals within the company.
Sales rep. will be required to report at least 2 times per week to Lebanon, PA.
Description
- Identify and establish new client accounts via telephone outreach, email marketing, LinkedIn and other online networking, and in-person visits
- Continually check in on current, past or perspective clients
- Log sales goals and history
- Set and meet personal sales goals
- Illustrate and describe the benefits of using our printing company
- Perform pre-call research on prospective clients
- Report to internal sales manager
- Job will most often involve working in Lebanon 1-2x per week. Other days may be spent on the road or remote.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience
- Knowledge of printing process and capabilities recommended
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
- Ability to network
- Interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time spent on the production floor is a plus

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
