Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outside Salesperson based in Houston, TX or remote. The Salesperson will be responsible for daily tasks such as prospecting and acquiring new clients, managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and providing transportation solutions to complex shipment needs. The role also involves preparing sales reports, meeting sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Effective Communication and Negotiation skills
- Sales Experience and Client Relationship Management skills
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
- Ability to understand and apply logistics concepts
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Relevant experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- Transferable book of business is preferred
