We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:
As a Counter Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service to our customers both in-person and over the phone. You’ll assist customers with their needs, process orders, and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our store. While no industry experience is required, a strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to learn are essential. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with their product inquiries and orders.
• Process sales transactions and handle cash or credit card payments accurately.
• Pull, check, and prepare orders for delivery, ensuring all items are correct and in good condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and cleaning work areas.
• Mix paint
• Provide knowledgeable assistance to customers by offering product recommendations and answering questions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
• Occasional deliveries
• Lift and handle products up to 50lbs as needed.
