Responsibilities
This is an onsite role, based in Santa Clara CA.
This is the first hire of a strategic team responsible for the successful implementation and integration of private cloud management, billing, and enterprise SaaS services. The role requires a deep understanding of complex organizational processes, project management methodologies, and modern ERP and CRM systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to ensure the timely delivery of robust and efficient modern solutions. The role will create conditions to drive operational efficiency, improve decision-making, and ultimately achieve the realization of robust interoperable systems that meet our design goals.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to ensure alignment on growth strategies and define roadmaps to drive revenue.
- Define, communicate, and execute project strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while providing clear updates on schedules, risks, and required actions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and recommend strategies to optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions, clarifying technical specifications, project roadmaps, deployment strategies, and third-party integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Facilities Operations, IT Operations, and Software Development to meet project objectives to support our growth. This will include coordination with external teams such as SaaS vendors, and third-party implementers.
- Lead projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize project impact.
- Establish, monitor, and report on project success metrics, driving continuous performance improvement.
- Utilize market research, stakeholder feedback, and data analytics to inform project planning, execution, and prioritization.
- Oversee resource allocation and manage competing priorities across related projects.
- Establish and refine project management tools, templates, and practices to improve organizational project delivery.
- Validating the functionality of each stage of software deployment.
- Support impact analysis and change readiness assessments, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Oversee the documentation of relevant business processes
Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in Business Analysis including eliciting, analyzing, and
- documenting business functions, processes, and requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), writing user stories, and maintaining a healthy product backlog
- Three (3) years of experience with evaluating, implementing and integrating ERP, CRM & CMMS SaaS services.
- Strong proficiency in business analysis, data analysis, and project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite, VISIO, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in managing projects and driving growth initiatives.
- Strong experience in translating business requirements into actionable plans and specifications.
- Proven capability in facilitating technical discussions with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute on a clear vision.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Commitment to innovation, continuous learning, and creating a high-performance culture.
- Experience with enterprise-level projects
- Experience coordinating and/or create test plan, scripts and execute systems integrated and assist/support business with user acceptance testing
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or related field is a plus.
- Live in the San Francisco Bay Area. The South Bay greatly preferred.
