Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct data analysis and manipulation to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Utilize troubleshooting skills to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Facilitate root cause analysis using the 5 Why method and Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa Diagram).
- Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) efforts to ensure product quality from design to production.
- Implement and maintain Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) protocols.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 22000 standards and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze quality control data to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Manage the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and ensure adherence to AS9100 standards.
- Utilize ERP software to track quality metrics and manage documentation.
