Colson Group USA is seeking a Robotic Welder in the Jonesboro, AR manufacturing location for 1st and 2nd shift. This is a safety sensitive position.
Preferred candidates will provide support to the welding department by hand welding various small quantity jobs with special options.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Requirements
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- From the production schedule, locates the correct components to be welded and sets them up on robotic weld
- Welds components
- Performs all required quality checks
- Monitors inventory levels to prevent stock outs
- Does all patch work on welded components
- Provides support to operators running the automatic and robotic machines
- Completes all required paperwork
- Maintains a neat and orderly work area
- Ability to read blue prints
- This is a safety Sensitive role
