Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth (20%).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to grow Colt's client portfolio (80%).
- Schedule and lead customer-focused presentations.
- Represent The Colt Group with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
- Stay knowledgeable about The Colt Group's full range of products and services.
- Coordinate customer requirements with the operations team.
- Organize and manage client engagement events.
- Support field technicians at customer locations when necessary.
- Uphold Colt's commitment to safety and quality while driving growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Industrial Sales, Industrial Leak Seal, or Industrial Technical roles.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- Pass a drug screen and background check per company safety standards.
