Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Evaluate product issues and defects based on customer or manufacturing complaints, identifying root cause and developing design-related corrective action plans per quality standards.
- Create innovative solutions to existing products in the areas of quality, cost, or functionality as needed.
- Review, analyze, and approve design deviations as appropriate.
- Analyze and evaluate design activities, including the analysis of materials, stresses, dimensions, tolerances, manufacturability, and satisfaction of design input requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution.
